Shipping Information
GlitterStore.it will use the shipping details provided by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart of this site.
GlitterStore.it cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, or addresses missing information required to identify the place of delivery.
Every shipment contains: the product(s) ordered; the relevant Transport Document/accompanying invoice; any required Accompanying Documentation (based on the destination country) and any marketing information material.
Every shipment is associated with a Tracking Number that will be sent to the customer via email, which can be used to track the package's journey online and check its location.
Processing Times
Orders will be processed within 5 business days of payment confirmation and shipped via GLS courier in Italy and DHL for the rest of the world.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Finally, if placed on a public holiday, they will be processed starting from the first available following business day.
Delivery to addresses in Italy takes approximately 24 business hours.
Delivery to addresses in the European Union takes approximately 24/48 business hours.
Delivery to addresses in the rest of the world can take up to 7 business days.
Shipping is free only in Italy for orders of €49 or more
